Typical assignments would involve one or more of the following:

  • Helping clients to tackle especially difficult or challenging problems relating to CVM.  These might arise in strategy formulation, segmentation, predictive modelling or other areas in which decision analytics plays a key role;

  • Developing a business case for the application of descriptive or predictive modelling, through an exploratory analysis focused on specific decision support requirements;
  • Kick-starting an in-house modelling capability through skills and technology transfer.
